One day I might look back on this and laugh...
Okay, I already laugh every single day at my one-of-a-kind, crazy husband.  I was looking through pictures and figured I HAD to post about our investments (I mean HIS) investments before I forget all about them.  Maybe I should preface this with all that Trav does.   Most of you know that Trav works construction with his dad.  He has for years and years.  He keeps really busy with all he does and is such a hard worker.  What some of you don't know is that Trav is like a secret ninja.  He is a real estate agent, and a used-car salesman.  He also is obsessed with muscle cars.  And lastly, he works with his just-as-crazy friend, Chris Jackson. Travis surprises me on a daily basis with his shenanigans. One day they (Trav and Chris) came home with a used full sized bus.  Yes, this is true, a 52 passenger yellow school bus! Why? some of you might ask??? Because he is Travis.  For the first few weeks we picked up the church basketball team with their families and drove them to their games.  It actually was quite fun and hilarious especially trying to drive it up Winder Dairy Lane taking the team to get ice cream after one of the games.  Those of you that have been to the dairy know the lane we had to go up and how impossible it is to get a bus up it.  It was quite the adventure.  The spoken reason that Trav and Chris wanted to buy the bus is to turn it into a tail-gating vehicle and take to the games.  That dream faded when they came across this beauty....
The RV of their dreams... It is like 13 years old and in mint condition.  They found it at the car auction that the boys go to every week.  It was a steal of a deal and they just had to buy it.  So now the bus is sold (which got the most phone calls of any car he has ever tried to sell in the least amount of time and sold in a day) and we are left to party in this beast of a machine.   I do shake my head and give him a lot of grief for the shenanigans that do go on, but I do have to admit that we have a great time with all the things he comes up with.  And HEY, at least our children will have great childhood memories!
Next to come is the ski boat purchase that he recently bought.  That one didn't turn out so well, so we will see if he gets that thing up and running :) I love that crazy husband of mine.  There literally is never a dull moment with him.

Happy 4th BIRTHDAY!

Happy 4th Birthday my little Jedi!
Kohen's Star Wars Birthday was a blast from the past. He loves watching Star Wars and playing Star Wars so we had to have a Star Wars birthday. Who would have thought. The boys had a lot of fun going through Jedi training in order to earn their light saber and robes! Look out Siths, these Jedis are ready.
Knox even got in on some Saber action.

Darth Vader was no match for them.
Kohen is armed with his imaginary light saber at all times. He has the most creative imagination a boy could have. He is very energetic and loving. He is the 'boss' of his brother at all times and loves him very much! We are so lucky to have such a fun, creative, witty, funny, and sensitive boy in our lives. We love your guts Picklehead, Happy Birthday Ko!

Baby Knox's Pictures

Here are a few of Knox's newborn pictures we had done...

And of course some of the big cheeseball brother.

Guess we should introduce...

Baby Knox Travis Cunningham!

Baby Knox came on September 29 2011 7 pounds 5 ounces, 20 1/2 inches long at 3:15 pm. We were set up for an induction 10 days early since Kohen didn't leave a pretty mark on me. :) The doctor was nice enough to call it "pelvic-trama" and I responded with "Oh you mean the vaganis I had?" He was caught off guard but gave quite a long hard laugh! (I love Dr. Froerer, he helped me steer clear of the 4th degree and gave me a 2nd degree instead (if only college was that easy)).

A few delivery day memories: I missed the phone call from the nurse to come in to the hospital because I insisted that I needed to go to Babinski's and return Knox's coming home outfit that had a broken button. (of course they didn't have another one) so I left with my second choice that ended up being so big he didn't wear it home anyway. Oh well!
We get to the hospital and checked in ready for the epideral man to come and relieve me and wanted to take one last picture of the belly so Trav gets out the camera... BROKEN! It somehow (Trav blames me) got set in something sticky so the lens wouldn't open. I'm laying in the bed and make Trav run to Best Buy to buy a new one. The pitocin was started and the epideral called in and there goes Trav out the door. I was just chatting with the nurse all alone. He did make it back in time.
Once Trav was back and the epideral done, the nurse came to check me at 3:00 pm to see how far I was. Her eyes were wide and said "uh oh! Don't sneeze I'll get the doctor" Dr. Froerer came in out of breath from running down the hall and I did push 3 times and Knox was out by 3:15. I can't complain, it was LOVELY! So here is the little guy's debut...

Kohen was so excited to see him! He is so excited to be the big boss of the house! He loves to hold Knox and keep bad guys away from him.
He doesn't mind when Knox cries. He will hold and protect him through screams and poop!
Ah, I already know him and love him!
Poor Knox get his face sucked off constantly at his house. Brotherly love!
What a cute, proud, tired dad! Maybe he is realizing the sleepless nights ahead! ;)

Is this really happening?

Looking back at my blog there are so many memories that I have forgotten about. It hit me that I need to try to start up my blog again. So I'll see if I can catch up after 2 years of lost memories. :( sad! So YES! it really is happening, I'm trying to get back into blogging with my hectic life and all.

He does eat lots of fruits and veggies throughout the day too! But we do splurge on the treats especially in the summer time!!

Kohen's First slurpee.... G.I Joe flavor... went in dark blue

Girls Weekend

A few weekends ago Kami, Megan, and I escaped to St. George for the weekend! We got there Thursday nightFriday we woke up to get ready to head to Vegas, before leaving for Vegas Dave (Megan's husband) called and said that Peyton's pic line fell out of his little body and blood was squirting out. Dave got him to the hospital to get it fixed and all was well so Megan could relax and have fun. (not a fun thing to hear when you are 5 hours away and are helpless) We got to Vegas and went shopping, saw the show Jersey Boys, and went to a funny dinner in some hotel) We then got up and went swimming for a few hours before heading back to St. George. We got back to St. George and got ready to go see Footloose at Tuacahn when I realized I didn't have my wallet... what? (empty stomach feeling right about now as I realize I left it at the gas station we stopped out back in Vegas before heading home) After spending over an hour on the phone trying to remember the name of the place and a phone number we found it and luckily Megan's sister in law was able to go and pick it up and mail it me. whew!! So we went to dinner at Entrada (which was delish) then headed to Footloose!! It was such a blast!! We had so much fun talking, laughing, sweating, and just being crazy. We watched Twilight 3 times because everynight we were so tired by the time we decided to watch it we never got through it. HA! Good Times!! I love my friends, Where would I be without them? Thanks girls for a sane reality check weekend!!

He's Home

Dallas got home from his mission. After staying 6 weeks out with mom and dad he is finally here. He is staying with us for the year mom and dad are still out on their mission. He has been so fun to have around (and handy, a great live-in babysitter and yard worker. What's not to love?) He loves Kohen and Kohen loves to dance in his room! They are so funny together.
Tennison and Kohen waiting to see Uncle Oink.

Kohen's favorite part was riding the escalators and moving walkway!

We spent the 4th of July bbqing with the Jackson's. It's never a dull moment with Uncle Chris around. He did a sparkler fire dance for the kids (only Kohen and Zach) But he was practicing in hopes to be hired for the Condie's 24th pool party. Keep practicing bud you are almost there. Kohen loved to do sparklers and wanted to touch all the fun fireworks!!

We've also had fun playing with cousin Tennison and baby G-man. Those boys are so cute together!

Lots of our this and thats...

Kohen loves cuddling with Daddy but only when Elmo can cuddle too!

Kohen loves his bubble baths!!

Last Sunday we went up to Grandma Condie's cabin in Vivian Park to play. Daddy and Aunt MJ aka corruptive Chelsea taught koko how to long board! He loved it!!

This is Kohen's buddies Zach and Mack at Mack's 1st Brithday party!! Kohen loves playing with his homies.

Zach got the coolest new swing set so we had to go over and play on it!!

And lastly a little of the rest of our trip out to see Grandma and Papa Erickson.
Kohen loved helping Grandpa water the flower and plants. We let him cruise diapie free for a while since he loves to be naked.

Grandma made him feel better with popcicles and loves while Grandpa taught him how to hold the club with 2 hands and the correct way to swing a golf club. Grandpa was in heaven!!

Kohen in his favorite outfit with his new rain boots!
